Monthly Health Coaching
Go one month at a time. This package is for someone who:
Is new to health coaching and wants to try out working with a health coach to see what kind of changes are possible for them.
Someone who is looking to make changes (i.e., lose weight, “feel better”, etc.) but continues to run into the same barriers (loss of motivation, doesn’t enjoy exercising, etc.)
This package includes:
One session per week
Daily accountability check-ins (per your preference)
Personalized Optimal Well-Being plan, shared with you at the end of every session, that includes on outline of your weekly and monthly goals and our plan on how we will meet them this week.
Nutrition, physical activity, and mindfulness guidance.
My Nourish Well ebook, for free. The comprehensive guide addresses the top 10 barriers to healthy eating and provides multiple solutions for each. It also includes my 25 best recipes, some with meat and some without, that are easy, delicious, and nourishing.
