BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COACHING PACKAGES:

Utilizing a variety of behavior change strategies, motivational interviewing techniques, the principles of habit change, and positive psychology, health coaching takes a client-based approach to draw out the client’s unique strengths, values, and capacity for change. The coach works side-by-side with the client to assist them in setting weekly goals, holding them accountable, and providing them with the tools they need to reach those goals. Health coaching is done completely virtually and assists individuals who are looking to improve or optimize their mental and/or physical health, lose weight, eat healthier, exercise more, instill mindfulness habits, better manage stress, and more.

This package consists of:

·      Weekly 1:1 Zoom sessions (first session is 45 minutes – 1 hour and all ongoing sessions are 45 minutes).

·      Personalized “Optimal Well-Being” plan shared with each client at the end of every session, which includes session notes, weekly/monthly health goals outlined, daily action steps to meet them, and implementation intentions.

·      Habit contract between the coach and the client.

·      Daily accountability check ins (based on client preference).

·      Nutrition/macronutrient and physical activity recommendations.

·      Mindfulness and stress management tools and guidance.

·      Marketing materials to advertise to clients.

·      Initial consultation to answer any questions potential clients may have before enrolling to assure that behavioral health coaching is a good fit.

·      Before and after health report to assess changes in employees’ physical and mental health as a result of behavioral health coaching.
