Workshops & COURSES:

LGB-Well’s signature workshops, Shaping Your Habits To Suit You and Understanding Human Behavior: The Science of Habits and Emotional Intelligence, are highly interactive workshops designed to encourage individuals to take a closer look at how their behavior, which turns into habits, shapes their life’s, both personally and professionally. These are offered either virtual or in-person.

In addition, LGB-Well provides Nutrition 101, Movement 101, and Meditation 101 courses that allow individuals to become educated on the many facets of well-being and gain implementation tools around healthy eating, movement, and stress management practices.

These workshops include:

 ·      The science of emotional intelligence, human behavior change, well-being, and habit formation education and implementation tools.

·      Take-home workbook completed during the workshops, which includes a list of continuing education resources, references, exercises, books, writing/journaling prompts, and more.

·      Highly interactive games and activities designed to provoke inspiration and build community.

·      Thought provoking exercises designed to encourage contemplation amongst self and the group (if you didn’t already know, contemplation is a key component of change).

·      Pre-post workshop data from workshop participants that is encapsulated into a report and shared with leadership to assess changes in knowledge, motivation, self-development tools, and plan of action.

·      Electronic marketing tools provided prior to the workshop (as agreed upon with organization).
