As a wellness consultant and behavioral health coach, it is my mission to promote the autonomy we have over our own well-being, and thus empower individuals and organizations to create positive change from the inside-out, and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives, both professionally and personally.

I have a Master’s degree in Health Studies, a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Health & Wellness, and I am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).

I specialize in human behavior change and work with organizations to help their people instill lasting health behavior change, creating an organizational culture of well-being.
